With over 15 years experience practicing various forms of movement, and over a decade practicing Thai bodywork and teaching movement, Marla has developed a keen eye for spotting imbalances in the body. She utilizes her knowledge of Thai Sen Theory, Anatomy Trains myofascial meridians, Structural Bodywork, Neuromuscular Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, and Reusi Dat Ton (Thai Hermit Yoga) to create integrative healing systems uniquely tailored to each individual.
